WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Project Director is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects, providing senior leadership across production, people, resources, budgets, timelines and risk.

Working closely with clients, the wider team and senior stakeholders, the Project Director leads the delivery team to ensure projects are strategically aligned, commercially sound and delivered to the highest standard. They bring strong leadership, commercial acumen and exceptional project management capability, while creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 8+ years’ experience in project management, production, events, experiential or a similar agency environment.

  • Strong project management experience within an agency, events, experiential or production environment.

  • Proven experience leading large and complex projects from inception through to delivery.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and resources.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and challenges.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across Production, Creative, Account and senior leadership teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Project Director, you will take ownership of client relationships and account performance while partnering closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional work. You will be accountable for trust, satisfaction, growth and financial outcomes across your accounts.

  • Take the lead on large client projects, overseeing them end to end including resourcing, budget management, logistics and delivery.

  • Guide the Production team to deliver outcomes that align with the client’s strategic objectives across multiple projects.

  • Map out, plan and lead project resources.

  • Inspire, motivate and supervise individuals in their roles.

  • Forward plan projects and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Coordinate and contribute to new business pitches.

  • Report to the Senior Leadership Team on all facets of projects and client issues.

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to meet the commercial objectives of the business and the client.

  • Maintain current and relevant knowledge of industry best practice to create a competitive advantage.

  • Maintain and guide the Creative / Art Director’s vision throughout project delivery.

  • Achieve company and client objectives by solving project goals and challenges.

  • Develop opportunities within existing clients and look to bring in RFPs and new clients to the Company.
